Shopping Basics

A courier service is available and will be calculated at checkout. Alternatively, local collection is available for free in Cape Town. We will be in touch once your order is ready to arrange a day and time that suits you.

Orders are processed over 2+ days and shipping is then up to 4+ days within South Africa depending on the delivery address. This does not apply to items with specific lead times.

Certain products are made to order such as larger items. This simply means they will require up to a few weeks to produce and ship if there are none currently in stock.

At this stage we are only shipping nationally in South Africa, however if you would like to discuss a special arrangement, please email us at tyla.design@gmail.com

Payments

Payments are available as either an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), or via Payfast with a number of options including credit card, Snapscan, instant EFT, and Masterpass.

Yes, Payfast accepts international credit cards.

VAT is not added on at this time. The price of the product is the price you will pay.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout once you have inserted a physical delivery address. It is dependent on the size of the item or order. The minimum delivery is R75, however there is also free collection available in Cape Town.

Shipping & Returns

Please see our Returns + Refunds policy for details if you need to return or exchange your item. Refunds are only eligible for returns logged within 10 days of receiving your order.

As soon as your refund is accepted, we will arrange for your item to be returned to us for inspection. Once it is received we will process and depending on the result, we will refund you via EFT. Please then allow a few days for the banks to process the payment.

If you haven’t yet received confirmation of your order or made payment, then simply go back to change your cart contents, or get in touch with us if you are unsure.

This depends on the product, if it is currently in stock and does not incur a lead time, then it can take about 2 days for payment to reflect, after which your order will be collected and should take about 4 days.
