Returns + Refunds

If you would like to return your item for any reason, please read below.

We have a 10-day return policy, meaning if for any reason you would like to return your purchase, you can contact us within 10 days of receiving your order either via collection or courier and we will investigate and process a return to our discretion. This might include an exchange, a gift voucher, or a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged (unless upon arrival), unused, and in its original packaging. 

To log a return, you can contact us at Please provide a reason and possibly images to validate your return request. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The delivery fee of the return will be to the customer’s cost and will need to be paid up front before the return is facilitated. We will arrange the collection and communicate the cost, however if you would prefer to handle it yourself, please make that clear in the return request.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted sample items or sale items.

If you are interested in exchanging your item, we will need to first accept and process the return. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and confirm if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will ask that you provide bank details for an EFT refund and you will be refunded the cost of the item (minus the cost of return shipping). Please allow some time for the bank to process the payment. If you require another form of payment, please let us know.
